| January | Plan ahead - all campers must have an updated medical form to attend camp. Valid exam dates are on or after August 15th, 2012. |
| February | Optional Adventure Trip forms mailed (campers entering 3rd - 10th grade) |

Trip registration forms returned (first come, first served basis) |
| April | Ramaquois Parent Handbook mailed (camper forms enclosed) |
| April/May | Order camp gear early from the camp outfitter |
| May | Adventure Trip medical/trip information card returned |
| May/June | Return all required camp forms - Medical forms a must |
| June TBA | Preview day for new campers and their families |
| Mid-June | Group and bus information mailed home |
| Monday, June 24th, 2013 | First day of camp |
| Thursday, July 4th, 2013 | Camp closed for Independence Day |
| Friday, July 19th, 2013 | Last day of 1st 4 week session |
| Monday, July 22nd, 2013 | First day of 2nd 4 week session |
