For families who wish to enroll online, please visit http://www.ramaquois.com/enrollment. Please contact the Ramaquois office for a user name and password if you do not have one.

| November/December | Happy Thanksgiving/Season's Greetings |
| January | Plan ahead - all campers must have an updated medical form to attend camp. Valid exam dates are on or after August 16th, 2011. |
| February | Optional Adventure Trip forms mailed (campers entering 3rd - 10th grade) |
| March |
Trip registration forms returned (first come, first served basis) |
| April | Ramaquois Parent Handbook mailed (camper forms enclosed) |
| April/May | Order camp gear early from the camp outfitter |
| May | Adventure Trip medical/trip information card returned |
| May/June | Return all required camp forms - Medical forms a must |
| June TBA | Preview day for new campers and their families |
| Mid-June | Group and bus information mailed home |
| Monday, June 25th, 2012 | First day of camp |
| Wednesday, July 4th, 2012 | Camp closed for Independence Day |
| Friday, July 20th, 2012 | Last day of 1st 4 week session |
| Monday, July 23rd, 2012 | First day of 2nd 4 week session |
