Campers are taught the rules, set-up, and moves of chess with the ultimate goal to checkmate their opponents king. In addition an optional chess tournament is offered during option period. Chess is one of the more popular activities enjoyed by campers of all ages. This activitiy is located where the old nature was on boys' side.
